Identification Requirement: You are obliged to carry a valid ID at all times,
by order of the police. Access will be denied without a valid ID.
Minors: Children under 18 are only admitted if accompanied by a responsible adult and must remain with the supervisor during the event.
Searching (Frisking): Everyone will be frisked upon entry. Refusal will result in denial of access.
Offensive Clothing: Individuals wearing clothing deemed offensive (such as football shirts and/or clothing related to motorcycle clubs) may be denied access based on the regulations of the martial arts federations.
Ticket Sales & Entry
No Refunds: Purchased entry tickets will not be taken back and will not be refunded.
Single Entry: Your admission ticket grants the right to single entry to the venue. If you leave the venue, you will only be granted access again with a new admission ticket.
Alcohol & Consumption: You must comply with the alcohol policy at this event. It is forbidden to bring your own food and beverages (consumptions).
Smoking: Only allowed at the designated smoking area.
(Soft)drugs: Use or possession is forbidden.
Dangerous Objects: Possession of dangerous objects (such as weapons, sticks, knives, etc.) is forbidden.
Undesirable Conduct: Undesirable conduct, such as aggression or disturbing the viewing pleasure of other visitors, will not be tolerated.
Conduct (Premises/Public Road): Based on your behaviour on the premises and/or adjacent public road, the organization may deny you access to the event.
Follow Instructions: You must always follow instructions from the organization, security, or staff.
Sanctions: In case of refusal to follow instructions, you must leave the event and will be denied access to subsequent events.
Serious Offenses: In case of serious offenses, you will be handed over to the police, and camera footage will be made available to the police.
Damage/Injury: Causing injury to persons or damage to buildings or material will be recovered from the perpetrator.
Film/Photos & Promotion
Consent: You consent to the use of film/photos taken for promotional and
commercial purposes.
No Rights: No rights can be derived from this use.
Own Risk: Entering the event location is entirely at your own risk.
No Liability: The organization, owner of the location, or staff cannot be held liable in any way for any injury, material, and/or non-material damage that you, as a visitor, may experience.
No Refund Upon Removal: In case of denial of access or removal from the event/premises, for any reason whatsoever, you have no right to a refund of entry fees.
