Terms & Conditions Enfusion Skill Game and Giveaways

The participant can register for the Enfusion Skill Game via the website www.enfusionlive.com. What is necessary to participate will be explained in each Giveaway specifically. Only the participations that meet all requirements will be taken into account in the determination of the winners. The giveaways can be won by anyone. Participants under the age of 18 must have permission from their parents/legal guardian to participate. The Skill Game score can be tracked on the website.

The Giveaways can be won on the World of Combat Sports podcast.

The winner of the Skill Game will be determined by the number of points collected, over 10 events. The Giveaways are always drawn by lot in the podcast of World of Combat Sports, among the participants who had the "perfect score" that week. A prerequisite for receiving a Giveaway is that the latest edition of the podcast World of Combat Sports has been shared on social media; this can be on Instagram or Facebook. Enfusion indicates which post should be shared by the contenders on the Giveaways. This must have happened before the specified deadline. The Giveaways are an extra chance for nice prizes and the participants of the Skill Game are not obliged to participate in this. The winner will be notified via his/her mobile telephone number.

Terms and Conditions:

The Giveaways are organized by Enfusion/ECE, sometimes in collaboration with third parties/sponsors. By participating you agree to the requirements set forth in the terms and conditions below.

1. Participation requirements

If you are under the age of 18, permission from one of your parents/legal guardian is required before Enfusion can accept your participation.
Participation is not permitted for judges of the on-duty kickboxing/MMA federation.
Maximum of one participation per person.
Participation via third parties or the use of multiple identities, e-mail addresses and/or fake names is not allowed.
Use of automated participations and/or programs is prohibited and all such participations will be disqualified.

2. Personal data

By participating in the Skill Game you give Enfusion consent to publish your name in the score list. Additionally, you give Enfusion/ECE permission to email you about the developments about the Skill Game and other matters concerning Enfusion/ECE.

3. Determining the winner(s)

For the prices based on agility games the following applies:

The game operates according to a points system and depending on the number of points obtained, the position on the ranking is determined. When 2 or more participants who have a score that qualifies them for a prize finish with an equal score, an approximation question or a draw will follow.

The rules are presumed to be known for Giveaways during the podcast World of Combat Sports.

Enfusion controls all participations and reserves the right to refuse participations that are not technically acceptable, contain unsuitable material and/or violate these Terms and Conditions.

By participating in a Giveaway you (and your parent or legal guardian in case you are under the age of 18) confirm that you are the person you say you are in the enrollment.

In case of fraud, the prize will not be paid and you will be excluded from participating in this game and any upcoming editions of the games organised by Enfusion/ECE.

Enfusion decides to use the jury decision of the evening as a final score and Enfusion reserves the right not to correspond on such an issue. Even if a jury decision is reversed, it does not affect the game. This is partly because revoking a jury decision can sometimes take weeks and this could jeopardize the game's deadline.

4. Enfusion Liability

For online participations the following applies:

Enfusion cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or secure access to the website and is not responsible for any interruption to the Giveaway, Skill Game or the website due to technical issues or other events beyond reasonable control.
This Giveaway/Skill Game was set up by Enfusion in good faith, but to the extent permitted by law Enfusion will not accept any liability for loss or damage resulting from any participation in the Giveaway/Skill Game or any aspect of any prize awarded. Your legal rights as a consumer are not affected.

5. Price confirmation & acceptance

Enfusion awards the prices based on an e-mailaddress and/or a mobile telephone number. Before Enfusion awards a prize, the organisation expects to receive a reply within a reasonable time frame. If the winner (or one of their parents or legal guardian) refuses to accept the prize, Enfusion reserves the right to withdraw the prize payment and award the prize to an alternative winner. Any price returned or unable to be delivered will be used for another Giveaway or will be donated to charity. Enfusion cannot be held responsible if someone does not respond.

6. Price handling

No money or other alternative price is available, with exception of cases with circumstances beyond reasonable control, in which Enfusion (and/or any sponsor partner providing any prize) reserves the right to replace the prize with an equivalent price or a higher value price. Enfusion reserves the right to ask winners (or one of their parents or legal guardian) to sign a written identification before receiving any prize. Enfusion reserves the right to ask for proof of identity and/or verification of the admission conditions before any prize is personally handed over to the winning participant.

7. Cancellation or disqualification

Enfusion reserves the right to disqualify improperly targeted participations.
Enfusion reserves the right to change, suspend, cancel or terminate the Giveaway/Skill Game at any time.
Enfusion reserves the right to extend or resume the participation period.
Enfusion reserves the right to disqualify any participant without prior notice and will do so if:

It cannot be guaranteed that the Giveaway/Skill Game was performed fairly or correctly for technical, legal or other reasons.
Enfusion suspects any participant of manipulating the submissions or results, or when Enfusion suspects any participant has provided incorrect information or has acted unethical otherwise.

8. Complaints procedure

If there are any complaints regarding the Giveaway/Skill Game, please contact us via michaelenfusion@gmail.com. In case of unreasonable complaints, Enfusion reserves the right not to respond to your e-mail. Enfusion set up this Give-Away/ Skill Game in good faith.
